In the event of a vehicle breakdown or immobilisation for any reason, before contacting roadside assistance, please check the vehicle registration document to verify the company to which the vehicle is registered (C.2.1) (for example, Kinto, Drivalia, Leasys, Arval, etc.). Once the company has been identified, please contact the relevant toll-free number to request roadside assistance and vehicle recovery.
