Payments and Security Deposit
How much does it cost to rent a car? Rates start from €25 per day. The price varies depending on the rental duration, vehicle category and season. By Booking online online you can access active discounts and promotions.
Is it possible to rent a car without a credit card? Yes. At B Noleggio a credit card is not required. We accept debit cards, Postepay and cash. The only rule is that at least one of the rental payment and the security deposit must be made by card.
Do you accept Postepay or prepaid cards? Yes, we accept Postepay both as a rental payment method and as a security deposit. Anonymous cards or cards not in the name of the booking holder are not accepted.
Is a security deposit required? Yes. The standard deposit is €500 but can be reduced by choosing one of our insurance packages. With CarBasic it drops to €250, with SafeGuard and FullCover to €100. A package dedicated exclusively to reducing the deposit to €100 is also available.

Where is your office located? Our office is at Via Matrino 22, Città Sant’Angelo (PE), with direct access to the A14 motorway. We are open Monday to Friday 9:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:00, Saturday 9:00-13:00.

Driver, Documents and Minimum Age
Can I rent a car for several months? Yes, we offer long-term rental for individuals and businesses. It is a convenient alternative to traditional leasing, with a fixed monthly fee and no surprises.
What is the minimum age to rent a car? The minimum age is 18 years. For drivers between 18 and 25 years old a Young Driver surcharge of €10 per day applies. Drivers who have held their licence for less than 3 years cannot drive vehicles in the City and SUV categories. If you have held your licence for less than 3 years we recommend checking with us which vehicles are available before booking.
Can I add a second driver? Yes, it is possible to add an additional driver to the rental contract at a cost of €6 per day. The additional driver must be present at the time of vehicle pick-up with their valid documents.
What documents are needed to rent? A valid driving licence, a valid identity document and a payment card in the name of the booking holder are required. Documents must be originals — photocopies are not accepted.
Vehicle, Fuel, Assistance and Fines
Is the mileage unlimited? Yes, all our vehicles are available with unlimited mileage. There are no additional costs for kilometres driven.
How does fuel work? The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If returned with less than a full tank, the cost of the missing fuel plus a refuelling fee will be charged.
Do you deliver the vehicle to the customer? No, pick-up and return of the vehicle take place exclusively at our office at Via Matrino 22, Città Sant'Angelo.
Do you issue invoices for businesses? Yes, we issue regular invoices for businesses and professionals. At the time of booking please provide your VAT number and billing details.
What is the Green Card and how much does it cost? The Green Card is an additional insurance cover that extends the validity of the policy abroad. It costs €6 per day and is recommended for those who intend to use the vehicle outside Italy.
What should I do in case of accident or breakdown? In case of accident or breakdown you must call the national freephone number found inside the vehicle and on our websiteThe service is active 24 hours a day. It is important not to move the vehicle before roadside assistance arrives and to fill in the CID form in case of an accident with another vehicle.
What are the cleanliness conditions at return? The vehicle must be returned in acceptable clean conditions. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty a one-off cleaning fee of €15 will be applied. For rentals of 7 days or more the cleaning fee is added automatically to the contract regardless of the condition of the vehicle.
What insurance packages are available? We offer different levels of insurance cover. The CarBasic package reduces the security deposit to €250 and offers basic cover for vehicle damage. With SafeGuard and FullCover the deposit drops to €100 with broader protection. A package dedicated exclusively to reducing the deposit to €100 is also available, purchasable separately. What happens in case of a fine? Fines are notified to the contract holder. B Noleggio communicates the driver's details to the competent authorities. Administrative costs for handling the matter are charged to the customer.

Can I book last minute? Yes, it is possible to book even on the same day by checking vehicle availability. To guarantee the vehicle you prefer we recommend booking in advance, especially during the summer period when demand is higher.
