NON-CHARGEABLE SCRATCH
A single scratch measuring less than 3 cm in length on the vehicle’s bodywork is considered non-chargeable, excluding the following parts: windows, mirrors, light units, underbody, glass surfaces, wheel rims, and tyres.
MINOR SCRATCH
A scratch measuring between 3 and 7 cm in length is classified as minor. Any scratch, including those shorter than 4 cm, located on windows, mirrors, light units, underbody, glass surfaces, wheel rims, or tyres is also considered minor and therefore subject to charges.
MAJOR SCRATCH
A scratch is classified as major if it exceeds 8 cm in length or if the scratched area extends beyond 8 cm.
MINOR DENT
A dent is classified as minor when a single dent is contained within a maximum area of 20×20 cm.
MAJOR DENT
A dent is classified as major when a single dent or multiple dents collectively extend over a maximum area of 40×40 cm.
REPLACEMENT / BREAKAGE / MISSING PART
Damage is classified under this category when a vehicle component is missing, broken, or damaged to the extent that replacement is required. This category also includes dents (single or multiple) exceeding an area of 40×40 cm.
DAMAGE TO ELECTRONIC OR INTERIOR COMPONENTS
Any damage affecting the vehicle’s electronic systems or interior components will be assessed in accordance with the manufacturer’s official price list.
